how does a brand build a long term loyal customer? one connection at a time!
my favorite brand in the world red bull tweeted a reply to me yesterday. granted i’m already a big fan of the brand and i love not only their product (red bull) but also the culture they’ve created - which to today’s generation is just as important as the product itself. brands either get it or they don’t. those that get it succeed by building long time, loyal customers who not only buy their products/services but also advocate on behalf of the brand (i do this all the time for red bull). sure it can be scary for a big company to speak directly to one of their customers, but shouldn’t you treat your customers like your friends? listen to them, grow a relationship built on mutual respect and both will feel equally important to one another. go red bull!
